Our infrared studio uses new technology including chromotherapy to give you almost twice the amount of calorie burn. The room heat varies on the style of class.
Infrared Shred - 100 degrees 45%humidity
Our fitness classes are designed like no other as they are low impact, strengthening, toning, and sculpt your entire body. Using the combination of simple and fun cardiovascular moves, core strengthening, and resistance in an infrared room heated to about 100 degrees with chromotherapy for extra fat burn. These classes create long, lean muscle while at the same time burning fat and almost twice the calories of a non hot workout. Our classes are performed in bare feet on a yoga mat and paired to upbeat music. These classes are appropriate for all levels.
This class gets creative using resistance bands, gliders and hand weights to assist in raising your motivation and peaking your interest. This class focuses on all major muscle groups, but also provides a great amount of cardio.

Non-hot Yoga classes
STRENGTH | FLEXIBILITY | MOBILITY | MINDFULNESS
Our non-hot studios are kept between 80-85 degrees and offer a variety of classes to help you deepen your practice.
Beginner/Intermediate Vinyasa
A vinyasa class that teaches alignment and how to get in and out of the poses. The pace is slower and the poses are broken down with a focus on alignment and the breath. This class is suitable for all levels, but an emphasis on instruction for beginner and intermediate students.
Yin/Yang Yoga
A lot of yoga that is commonly practiced is what’s known as “yang” styles of yoga—vigorous, fast-paced classes like vinyasa, power, and Ashtanga. But there’s another equally important style that’s completely opposite: yin yoga. In this class you will get the best of both worlds! While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.
Great for beginners, but all levels welcome!
Yin Yoga
Mostly done on the floor, the practice targets our deepest tissues of the body; our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body, rather than the muscles. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with the goal being to safely and therapeutically stretch, stimulate and strengthen these deeper tissues. On an energetic level the practice allows chi/prana to move more fluidly through our meridians.
Restorative Yoga
A therapeutic and meditative class, where we gently open the body by holding restorative poses, using props and breathing techniques. This class is appropriate for those that are new to yoga, those with recovered injuries or with chronic illness, but is open to all who want to gently open the body and quiet the mind.
Guided Meditation
Meditation can remove stress and replace it with a dose of inner peace. It's one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and promote the inner peace of the present moment. Guided meditations helps students find a calm and peaceful state of mind one step at a time.
Aerial Yoga
Elevate your yoga practice with the support of the aerial silk hammock. In this unique style of yoga, you’ll explore some familiar shapes and postures in new planes helping you bend a bit deeper and invert with ease. Emphasis is placed on deep stretching, decompression of the spine, core engagement, strengthening, and inverting safely.
