For a relaxing and grounding Ayurvedic experience try dry brushing after a yoga class. After a shower massage some sesame oil on the body. ​Yin and restorative yoga are great for relieving stress and pain from posture issues. Yin is a scientific practice based on the meridians. The practice is slow and meditative and anyone can do the poses. Most of the practice is on the floor so get in some comfy clothes, light a fire and get ready to focus on breathing and being in each posture for quite some time. It is normal to feel a bit sore the next day.

Hatha and alignment yoga is great for beginners but certainly not easy. We recommend all levels of practitioners to take hatha & alignment classes to understand the poses and how you should feel in each pose. Traditional yoga poses are held for 3-5 minutes to receive the medicinal benefits of the pose. The body and nervous system needs time in each pose to learn what muscles should be engaging and what muscles should be releasing.

​According to a 2013 study in the Journal of Yoga & Physical Therapy, the fast-paced movements and physical challenge of Vinyasa yoga make it an ideal light-intensity cardiovascular workout. Choose from all levels vinyasa, power vinyasa (intermediate to advanced), and our blended fusion classes. Our fusion classes are a mix of power yoga & low impact HIIT movements or power yoga & strong weight bearing exercises.

These classes will increase your metabolism, allows you to burn body fat without losing muscle and increases the flexibility and elasticity of your arteries and veins better than steady-state aerobic exercise. We believe our fusion classes are the best form of workout you can get in 1 hour!

​Our Fire shred classes are a blend of breath with movement and burst of movement to offer a high calorie burn 60 minute class that gives you all your looking for. A few deep stretches to end you class and help restore the posture for ultimate health.

​High Intensity Interval Training & Tabata
Few forms of exercise have been as highly and intensely researched – or publicised – in recent years as high-intensity interval training (HIIT). In 2018, HIIT headed up the yearly survey of worldwide fitness trends by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). It has remained in the top five since it entered at the top spot in 2014. Get a well rounded workout with cardiovascular training, resistance & weight training. Grab your light weights and be ready to sweat!

​Each barre class includes different types of movements, but most are known for their use of isometric contractions and small isotonic movements
. These contractions utilize slow-twitch muscle fibers that can increase stamina and improve your endurance. Barre will strengthen your posture, tone the muscles, and challenge the mind to stay present &sharp.

​Ayurveda is and ancient medicine. It is the sister science to yoga. We have found there are many simple little tips that can immensely change the way you feel and look.
